Christensen Ready to Become a Wyoming Cowboy / Pokes Basketball at Home Saturday / Broncos v Chargers Sunday

PARKER CHRISTENSEN - We had a sit down with one of the newest members of the University of Wyoming football program Sheridan high school Senior Parker Christensen.

Last week on the early signing day Parker made it official by signing his national letter of intent to play at UW and he says it was nice to get it done during the early signing period.

The Cowboys have projected Parker to play the "H" back position and he says he likes being on the offensive side of the ball.

And he says Head coach Craig Bohl and the coaching staff made his decision to play at Wyoming easy.

Right now Parker and his Bronc basketball teammates are 5-0 as we take a break for Christmas and New Years and he says coming into the season he had a feeling the Broncs would get off to a good start.

The Broncs and Lady Broncs get back on the court January 3rd and a tournament in Cheyenne.
