Generals Basketball Open with a Victory / Lady Generals Open Tonight / State Volleyball Opens Thursday for the Lady Broncs

GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals basketball team started the new season with a very good victory beating Northeastern Colorado at the Hoffman dome last night 88-62.

They fell behind by ten early in the first half but closed the half on a 23-5 run and led the rest of the way. They get back into action Friday night at the dome against Otero CC that game is scheduled for 7:00.

LADY GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Lady Generals play tonight at home against Rocky Mountain college game time is at 5:30 following tonight's game the Lady Generals join the the Generals in more home games this weekend they will play Friday night at 5:00.

SC VOLLEYBALL - The Lady Generals volleyball team opens their Region nine tournament today in Riverton they open with Casper college at 4:00.

LADY BRONC VOLLEYBALL - The Sheridan Lady Broncs will open up the Wyoming state volleyball championships in Casper tomorrow afternoon at 1:00 against Casper Kelly Walsh.

BIG HORN FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams host their 2-A semi final game against Newcastle Friday night. Rams Head coach Micheal McGuire talks about what it means to have a shot to get back to Laramie next week.

The Rams beat Newcastle during the regular season on the road that 40-10 that was over a month ago and McGuire says they expect a great ball game from them in the rematch after Newcastle went to Mountain View last week and pulled off the huge upset.

TONGUE RIVER FOOTBALL - The Tongue River Eagles play at Shoshoni Friday evening the Eagles are playing for the chance to get back to Laramie for second straight year.

Tongue River and Shoshoni have never played Eagles Head coach John Scott talks about the matchup.

The game will kickoff at 5:00 and can be heard live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs host the Rock Springs Tigers as they try and get back to Laramie to defend their state title from a year ago.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys are now 6-2 overall and 4-0 in MWC play, they host Utah state Saturday night kickoff is at 8:15 live on KWYO and 87.7 FM.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos play at the Oakland Raiders Sunday night kickoff is at 6:30 on KWYO and 87.7 FM.
