National Early Signing Day / Bronc / Lady Bronc Hoops Take on the Bison Thursday / Bronc Wrestlers Host the Border War Duals Friday

NATIONAL COLLEGE EARLY SIGNING DAY - Today is National college early signing day, Sheridan high school Senior Parker Christensen is expected put his name on the dotted line and become a Wyoming Cowboy football player today.

Christensen announced his intention to play for the Cowboys before the 2018 season started after he was offered a scholarship from Cowboy Head coach Craig Bohl.

Christensen helped lead the Broncs the their 4th straight title game appearance and a week and half ago was named the Wyoming Gatorade football player of the year.

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc and Lady Bronc basketball teams close out 2018 tomorrow with games against Buffalo the Lady Broncs will play their home opener while the Broncs play on the road.

The varsity games are scheduled to start at 7:00 we will have the boys game live for you on KWYO and 106.9 FM.

BH BASKETBALL - The Big Horn basketball teams have more tournament play this week they will play in the Powder river tournament hosted by Moorcroft and Sundance.

TR BASKETBALL - The Tongue River Eagles and Lady Eagles will also be playing in the Powder river tournament.

SC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college basketball teams get back into action in January the Lady Generals on the 5th and the Generals on the 9th.

COWBOY BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys are on the road this weekend on Friday they play East Tennessee state in the Sun Bowl tournament in El Paso.

COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowgirls get back on the court tomorrow when they host South Dakota state, they are coming off a victory over Idaho and stand at 6-2 overall here's Head coach Joe Legerski.

WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers host the Border War duals Friday with Thunder Basin, and the Casper schools joining the Broncs to take on Billings Skyview, West and Senior along with Colstrip Montana.

Broncs Head coach Tyson Shatto says these are big matches for the broncs as they enter the holiday break.

Both gyms at Sheridan high school will be used with matches getting underway at 11:00.

The Tongue River Eagles are on their holiday break and will get back into action January 4th at the Douglas invitational.

SWIMMING / DIVING - The Bronc swimmers and divers will start back up January 4th and 5th with home dates.

HOCKEY - The Sheridan Hawks are 10-0 and get back on the ice at home this weekend they host games Friday and Saturday with Jackson.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos play their next game at the Oakland Raiders Monday night.

HOOP SHOOT - The annual Elks Hoop Shoot will take place tomorrow night at the Sheridan junior high this is a national competition for boys and girls ages 8-13 local winners from their schools will compete in tomorrow's event.
