RAM FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams football team has jumped to number two in the latest high school football rankings which were released Tuesday night.

The Rams are coming off a 30-26 come from behind win over previous number two team Glenrock and Rams Head coach Micheal McGuire says it was good to see the players face some adversity and find a way to come back and post the victory against a very good team.

And McGuire says the rams are 4-0 and still a work in progress but they are getting better each week.

The Glenrock win marks the half way point of the regular season and McGuire says the season is starting to move very fast.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs will play Gillette at Homer Scott stadium Friday night the game will be broadcast live on KWYO starting at 6:30 with the First Federal pregame show kickoff is scheduled for 7:00.

EAGLES FOOTBALL - Our third broadcast Friday will have the Tongue River Eagles on the road at Wright that game is scheduled to kickoff at 7:00 and will can be heard live on 87.7 FM ESPN radio.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys are idle this week their next game will be on the road at Nevada October 6th.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos will host the Oakland Raiders Sunday afternoon.

STATE TENNIS - The Bronc and Lady Bronc tennis open the state championships in Gillette tomorrow.

LADY BRONC VOLLEYBALL - The Lady Bronc volleyball team will play a conference match in Gillette tomorrow then head to Billings for the annual Border War games with the Billings schools Saturday.

LADY RAMS VOLLEYBALL - The Big Horn Lady Rams will play at home this week, it's homecoming at Big Horn they play Wright Friday evening and Sundance Saturday.

LADY EAGLES VOLLEYBALL - The Tongue River Lady Eagles will play at a tournament this weekend hosted by Riverside and Greybull high schools.

X-COUNTRY - The Sheridan Bronc and Lady Bronc cross country runners compete at a big meet in Loveland, Colorado.

SWIMMING / DIVING - The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers will be at home with duals against the Casper schools Friday evening events get underway at 4:00.

COWBOY GOLF - Former Sheridan Bronc and current Wyoming Cowboy Kamrin Allen led the Cowboy golf team during the final round of the Mark Simpson-Colorado Invitational Tuesday in Erie, Colorado.

Allen finished with a five-under 67 in the final round to finish tied for 20th place his 67 tied for the second-best round of the day at the event and is a career-best round and is his third top-25 finish in four events this season and the third of his career.
