Sheridan American Legion Baseball Parent Meeting Wednesday Night / Bronc / Lady Bronc Hoops Take to the Road / Bronc Wrestlers Compete in Riverton

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan high school basketball teams play at Cheyenne East and Central this week both teams are 2-0 after the first weekend of conference action.

The Lady Broncs have a three game winning streak and have won five of their last six and now they play two really good teams on the road, Head coach Larry Ligocki.

The Broncs are 9-3 overall and like the Lady Broncs will face to very good teams away from home and Head coach Jeff Martini says since they opened conference play with two home victories the games in Cheyenne are huge.

And he says based on how the games went down last weekend the Broncs just have to find the energy to put together back to back solid performances.

Game times Friday at Cheyenne East are at 6:00 and 7:30, Saturday's games at Central are at noon at 1:30 all four games can be heard live on KWYO and 106.9 FM.

RAMS / LADY RAMS BASKETBALL - The Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams play at home Friday against Wright and travel to Upton Saturday.

EAGLES / LADY EAGLES BASKETBALL - The Tongue River Eagles and Lady Eagles play at Moorcroft Friday and host Sundance Saturday.

PANTHERS / LADY PANTHERS BASKETBALL - The Arvada / Clearmont teams play at Kaycee Friday and host Ten Sleep Saturday afternoon.

GENERALS / LADY GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Lady Generals lost at Eastern Wyoming last night 82-58 was the final they join the Generals for road games tomorrow at Gillette and Saturday at Casper college.

COWBOY BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys host Nevada tomorrow night we will have it live on KWYO and 106.9 FM the Cowboy pregame show starts at 8:00 tip off is set for 8:30

COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Cowgirls have won five in a row in league play and are 5-1 in MWC play as they play at Nevada tomorrow and host San Jose state Saturday.

WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers compete at the big "Ron Thon" invitational in Riverton matches start Friday.

SWIMMING - The Bronc swimmers get back into action at home Friday hosting a meet with Cody, Worland and Casper Kelly Walsh then it's over to Gillette for a big invitational Saturday.

AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL - Sheridan American Legion baseball will hold a parent meeting tomorrow evening at 6:00 in the meeting room of the Memorial hospital office building on Gould street.

All parents of Sheridan Troopers and Jets players are invited to attend also this meeting is not mandatory for the players to attend.
