SHS CROSS-COUNTRY - The 2009 season for the Sheridan High School cross-country runners has been a huge success. Now they switch gears as the post-season begins tomorrow with the North 4-A Regional Meet. Racing begins at 2 o'clock tomorrow; the course is on the grounds of the Sheridan VA Hospital. The All-Class State Championships will be held on the same course next Saturday.

SWIMMING AND DIVING - The Sheridan Lady Bronc swimmers and divers begin their post-season as well tomorrow at the two-day North Conference Meet in Casper.
They will have two weeks off until the State Championships Halloween weekend in Gillette.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs take on Cheyenne Central tomorrow night with play-off home field advantage up for grabs. The Broncs are #1 and Central is #2; both teams are 6-1.

We will broadcast the game for you live on AM 1410 KWYO. The First Federal Pre-game Show will start at 5:30, with the kick at 6 o'clock. Also tomorrow we are teaming up with A.C.T. Communications to bring you the live video Webcast of the game. A.C.T. provides the video; we provide the sound. We will have a link to the Webcast on our website

BIG HORN / TONGUE RIVER FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams and Tongue River Eagles tee it up tomorrow at Homer Scott Stadium in Game 1 of our double-header on KWYO. Ron Richter and Nick Andrews will have the play-by-play. The First Federal Pre-game Show starts at 12:45, with kick-off at 1 o'clock.

The game is being called the “Pink Bowl” and players and coaches will be wearing pink as part of their uniforms. All fans are asked to wear pink to support National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

BH / TR FOOTBALL TAILGATE PARTY - There will be a free tailgate BBQ before the game tomorrow for all Big Horn and Tongue River families and fans. The event will be held in the parking lot of Sheridan Orthopedics behind the stadium and across the street. All tailgaters are asked to park at the stadium and walk over.

D.A. Davidson is providing hamburgers and Warehouse Market is providing all the condiments. Organizers are asking those planning to attend to bring a salad, chips or dessert to share and their own beverages. It will run tomorrow from 11 am to 12:30.

LADY BRONC VOLLEYBALL - The Sheridan Lady Broncs will host Cheyenne East tomorrow evening. The Sophomore and JV matches will be played at 4 o'clock with the Varsity match set to begin at 5 o'clock.
Saturday's Varsity match with Cheyenne Central is scheduled for 1 o'clock.

BIG HORN / TONGUE RIVER VOLLEYBALL - The Big Horn Lady Rams will host the Tongue River Lady Eagles in volleyball action tonight. The Varsity teams go at 7:30. It's “Dig for Pink” night; the players and coaches will be wearing pink as part of their uniforms, and fans are asked to do the same in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

SC VOLLEYBALL - The Sheridan College Lady Generals will play at Casper College Saturday night. Following that match, the Lady Generals will play six consecutive home matches, including their own “Dig for Pink” event October 27th when they host Northwest College.

UW - The Wyoming Cowboys play at the Air Force Academy Saturday afternoon. You can hear the game live on KWYO. The Cowboy Pre-game Show will start at 11 am with the kick at noon.

NFL - The Denver Broncos play Monday night football at the San Diego Chargers. The game can be heard on KWYO Bronco -- Pre-game starts the broadcast Monday night at 5:30.
