LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan Lady Broncs ran their record to 3-0 with a 61-50 win over Buffalo at Sheridan High School last night. Junior Kayla Woodward had a career-high 32 points to lead the Lady Broncs to the victory. Coach Derek Bissitt says Woodward had a great night.

The Lady Broncs will play Riverton at Sheridan High School Saturday -- that's four straight to start the season at home. Bissitt talks about finally going out on the road next week.

BRONC BASKETBALL - The Broncs played great defense in Buffalo last night and came away with a 53-36 win. They jumped out to a 15-point halftime lead and bumped it to 19 in the second half, picking up their second win of the season. Coach Mike Ibach says it was a good win at a tough venue. In giving up only 36 points, he was really pleased with the defensive effort.

Both teams play at home Saturday against Riverton. The Lady Broncs will play at 2:00 and the Broncs at 3:30; we will broadcast both games live on AM 1410 KWYO.

NSI BASKETBALL – The NSI Wolves dropped a 73-33 decision to Hulett last night

GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan College Generals are in the National Junior College Top 25 poll. They enter the poll this week ranked 25th, and are 9-1 on the season. The Generals will play their next game at Casper College Friday night.

LADY GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Lady Generals will join the Generals playing in Casper, then both teams close out the first half of the season at home Saturday against Gillette. Game times will be at 3:00 and 5:00 pm.

TONGUE RIVER BASKETBALL - The Tongue River Lady Eagles are 3-0 and the Eagles are 1-1. They play Rocky Mountain Friday and Riverside Saturday. The Eagles play Rocky at home Friday; the Lady Eagles are at Rocky. Saturday the Lady Eagles will play Riverside in Dayton, and the Eagles will play at the Rebels.

BIG HORN BASKETBALL - The Rams and Lady Rams are both 3-0 and will have more tournament play this week in Wright Friday and Saturday.

BRONC WRESTLING - The Sheridan Bronc wrestlers will split the group this week. The Bronc varsity will be at a tournament in Rapid City, while the Bronc JV's head to compete at a tournament in Forsyth, Montana.

BRONC SWIMMING - After two weeks of pre-season practice, the Sheridan Bronc swimmers open their season Friday at the Casper Relays.

UW BASKETBALL - The University of Wyoming basketball teams will be in Casper Saturday for the annual Cowboy Shoot-Out.

The Cowgirls are 7-1 overall, and will play Dakota State at 1 o'clock. The Cowboys are 4-4 and will play Northern Colorado -- that game is scheduled to tip off at 3:00 and will be broadcast live on our sister station 95.9 FM.

NFL - The Denver Broncos will play at Indianapolis Sunday. Tou can hear the game on AM 1410 KWYO -- broadcast time is 10:00 am.
