Weekend Local Sports Wrap up

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs crushed Campbell county 72-7 Friday to run their record to 7-0, the game was lopsided from the opening play the Broncs scored on as long run from Parker Christensen and led and 56-7 at halftime, Head coach Don Julian got the starters early and younger players continued the scoring.

They will get a much better challenge this week when they travel to Laramie it's an early start we will have it live for you on KWYO and 106.9 FM the First Federal bank and trust pregame show will start at 5:30 kickoff is at 6:00.

TONGUE RIVER FOOTBALL - The Tongue River Eagles dropped their home game with Southeast Friday, Ron Richter has the game wrap up.

The Eagles host Upton / Sundance Friday night at 6:00 we will have it live on Sports Talk 87.7 FM.

RAMS FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams whipped Upton / Sundance 53-13 on the road Friday Head coach Micheal McGuire says the Rams had a very good night.

The Rams play a road game on a neutral field Friday they meet 2-A Big Piney in Riverton and McGuire says they expect a very good test against the Punchers.

The game will be played in Riverton and is scheduled to kickoff at noon we will have it for you on Sports Talk 87.7 FM.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys play at Utah state Saturday afternoon you can hear it on KWYO and 106.9 FM the pregame show will start at 1:30 with kickoff at 2:30.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos host the New York Giants Sunday night you can hear it on KWYO and 106.9 FM Bronco pregame starts at 4:05 and kicks at 6:30.

VOLLEYBALL - The Lady Bronc volleyball beat Cheyenne South 3-0 Friday and dropped a match at Laramie Saturday this week they have Cheyenne East and Central coming to Sheridan for more conference action.

The Big Horn Lady Rams dropped their home match with Sundance Friday and came back Saturday with a victory over Upton.

The Tongue River Lady Eagles lost at Wright Friday and beat Moorcroft at home Saturday

SWIMMING / DIVING - The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers were in Gillette Saturday for duals with Campbell county and Thunder Basin. The Lady Broncs swept both duals beating Campbell county 115-55 and nipping Thunder Basin 92-89.
