Wrestling / Swimming / Basketball highlight the upcoming sports weekend

WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers compete at the Worland duals Friday and Saturday. They have one tournament in the books already and Head coach Tyson Shatto says their main focus right now is getting as many matches as possible before the Christmas break.

The season highlight for the broncs at home will come January 2nd and 3rd that is a Friday and Saturday.

The Broncs will host duals with Riverton and Star Valley on the 2nd and host the Border War duals with Montana schools on the 3rd and Activities Director Don Julian says it will be a great event.

SWIMMING - The Broncs have a dual at Cody tomorrow and then the Riverton invitational Saturday and like the Bronc wrestlers they just need competition right now, Head coach Brent Moore.

The Broncs first home dates of their season will be January 9th and 10th.

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Bronc basketball team plays at home tomorrow night against Billings Senior at 7:30 we will have the game live for you on 14-10 KWYO.

The Lady Broncs play at senior, Saturday the girls are at home against Powell and the Broncs play at Powell at 2:00 that game can be heard live as well on KWYO.

FOOTHILLS CLASSIC BASKETBALL - The Big Horn and Tongue River basketball teams host the Foothills classic tournament Friday and Saturday.

Wind River, Wyoming Indian and big piney will be in Sheridan county to play Big Horn, Tongue River and Wright games will be played in Big Horn and Dayton.

HOCKEY - The Sheridan Hawks hockey team plays two road games over in Cody Saturday and Sunday.

UW BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowboys play Southern University at home Saturday you can hear the game live on 87.7 FM Cowboy pregame starts at 1:30 then on Sunday afternoon the cowgirls play at Colorado that broadcast will also start at 1:30 and will be broadcast on 87.7 FM.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos play Monday night at Cincinnati pregame starts at 4:05 with kick off at 6:35 on KWYO.
